My TMS Doc switched away from the bilateral to the much milder right side. It didnt help the anxiety. There was too much roused up from the initial left side treatments.

The bottom line is, for anxiety TMS is a disaster for most. Not all, but most. It is dangerous in my opinion.

Entenmk, not really. My anxiety was manageable, now it difficult. I had to start paxil and take xanax as needed. And I hate meds with a passion. Thanks for asking.

TMS spun my anxiety up Bg Time as well. I am on a campaign to warn anxiety sufferers from doing this. Read the forum. It is covered with similar testimony. It may work, but not worth 6 weeks of chronic anxiety and insomnia. .I have nothing vested here other than to be a friend to you. Just be cautious. This isnt the anxiety talking it is experience.

Hi junebeatle..I appreciate your input and advice. I realize that is may work for some people. That is hopeful, but it is designed for depression. Many people on this forum have not had good results for anxiety. It’s been 6 weeks since my treatment and I’m 2 to 3 hours at best sleep per night. Fear was n issue with me before, but now its terrible. I’m praying for better days. I absolutely want people with anxiety disorders to be aware. Thanks

Since TMS ramped my intrusive thoughts and anxiety up so bad, I have to take benzos regularly. I previously seldom took them. I soooo regret doing TMS. I’ll tell as many people as I can. Beware of TMS.
