I am a mother, a wife, and I work part-time. I enjoy going to work and actually having a day off! I volunteer at local pet shelters and foster animals at my house.

My depressive episodes began as a child, and I have had them all my life. My depression destroyed any relationships that I had. My life became unbearable in my 50’s. I was pulling at any strings I could to get help.
