ANY DENTAL PAIN OR DENTAL WORK DAMAGE FROM TMS?

I have had 3 series of TMS and dental problems with each series. During my first TMS series I began having progressive pain in a molar with a large filling, which started aching for hours after a TMS treatment. Then the filling fell out and this tooth required a crown to be repair. I was assured that no dental problems would be experienced with TMS, that something else caused this event. So this TMS series was resumed with NO further dental or other problems. However, dental side effects continued with the next 2 TMS series that I had. Please let me know if any dental side effects occurred with someone else or, if indeed, I’m the only one, EVER?!
